The Ecogeoglyphic Observatory is a project that runs from Oct 2022-March 2023. We are seeking co-conspirators who are interested in exploring the effects of development in the Boise Valley* on rocks, dirt, soil, plants, water, animals and people. We are interested in wandering with a certain, "jester-like" attitude, pushing into feelings of powerlessness in the face of massive, geological change with a sense of strange joy, possibility, and wonder for what we encounter. We want to make art, do research, ask questions, and create a series of events for the public, which concludes with an exhibition of work at MING Studios in March, 2023.
